Arrival:
Guests should arrive no earlier than 12 noon (but we are happy to make other arrangements directly with you).
Please always give us your contact details (email, phone or address, so that we can send you guidance - as a family we are sometimes out)
Payment:
To secure the booking, guests will normally need to pay in advance (refunds will be given for reasonable notice of cancellation)
Departure:
Guests should normally vacate room by 10.00am.(again we are happy to make other arrangements with you)
